What You'll Be Doing:
Act as the internal media buying reference across all business verticals, providing strategic guidance and hands-on consultancy to each team
Monitor and follow up on live campaigns and projects across different areas of the business, identifying opportunities and flagging risks
Bridge the gap between teams by transferring learnings, tactics, and insights from one vertical to another
Stay sharp on industry trends, platforms, and best practices — and bring that knowledge in-house
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of hands-on experience in media buying (meta ads, tiktok, and google ads), ideally across multiple verticals or formats
Proven ability to work across different business areas without getting siloed
Strong analytical mindset - you can read performance data and translate it into action
Comfortable operating at a senior level
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Self-starter mentality: you thrive in ambiguity and know how to set your own priorities
