The Role:

We're searching for a passionate Campaign Manager Trainee who loves the challenge of creating and fine-tuning online campaigns that actually work. You'll be working across different markets, using paid media to bring in new leads and users for a variety of products. If you enjoy mixing strategy with creativity, this could be your perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diving into data and reports to uncover what's working (and what could work better)

• Collaborating with clients to map out winning strategies and set goals that matter

• Bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to everything we do

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Management, Economics, Marketing or something similar

• An analytical mind and a drive to deliver results

• Passionate about performance-driven digital marketing and optimizing campaigns (ROI, CPA, LTV)

• Love digging into data and turning insights into smart and actionable decisions

• Fluent in English (extra languages? Even better!)

• Hands-on use of AI for process automation.

• Great communication skills and a "let's make it happen" attitude
