Ecommerce Operations Manager

Job description

New fashion ecommerce brand for the US market. We’re looking for someone to manage the day-to-day operations in the early stages of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping operations with logistics partners

  • Manage customer support (handling customer inquiries initially and later coordinating support agents)

  • Website management (product uploads, copy updates, and coordination with freelancers for improvements)

  • Product and packaging sourcing, including supplier negotiation

  • Daily reporting of key metrics (AOV, conversion rate, session duration) and execution of improvement actions

  • Coordinate invoicing with the finance team and manage monthly close

Job requirements

Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Ecommerce operations

  • Highly organized, autonomous, and results-driven

  • Comfortable working in early-stage/startup environments

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
