The Role:

As a Senior Finance and Accounting, your mission is to lead the delivery of accurate, high-quality financial information to support strategic decision-making.

You will ensure the integrity of financial reporting and accounting processes, while acting as a strategic partner to the business, driving performance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Own and improve the company’s accounting and tax processes end-to-end

Ensure accurate, reliable financial reporting for leadership decisions

Partner closely with the CFO on reporting, insights, and performance analysis

Lead month-end/year-end closings and validate financial data

Drive continuous improvement and innovation across finance processes, leveraging automation and AI tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Mentor and support the accounting team

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or related field;

3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, controlling or audit, within a fast-paced consulting environment;

At least 2 years of solid accounting experience;

Strong expertise in financial controlling, reporting, and accounting standards;

Hands-on experience or strong interest in using AI tools and automation to streamline finance and accounting processes

Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling;

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus;

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive better decision-making;

·Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex financial information clearly

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a plus.
